Our Steam Generators (Process Boilers) are both quiet and efficient with a 2 Horsepower model capable of generating enough steam to process 1000 Litres of Honey in a day.

Our vertical fire tube Steam Generator boilers are available in 41 tube, which is our 2 Horsepower model, or available in 61 tube, which is our 3 Horsepower model.

Our Steam Generators (Process Boilers) are LPG fired, so they are perfect for mobile processing plants or where 3 phase power is not available.

Our Steam Generators (Process Boilers) run at low pressure and vent to atmosphere with no valve on the steam outlet, therefore they are not a true pressure vessel which is why we refer to them as a Steam Generator rather than an actual Boiler, as Boilers are required to have a Boiler Ticket to operate. This also means our Steam Generators do not need to be registered.
